Airgapped AI infrastructure for serious operators Book a Clarity Session

For financial advisors, RIAs & CPA firms

Put AI to work in your practice. Keep every client record under your control.

Airgapped builds private, local-first AI that runs on-premises, on hardware you control. Your clients' financial data is never sent to public AI services and is never used to train a model. The efficiency, without the exposure.

The bind every practice is in

You want what AI can do. You can't risk what it touches.

The tools are genuinely useful. The catch is that the easy ones run on someone else's servers, and a client's financial life is the one thing you can't paste into a public chatbot.

The work is real

Meeting prep, client letters, workpaper summaries, onboarding packets, records lookups. Hours a week your team would gladly hand off.

The exposure is real

Consumer AI sends what you type to outside servers. With client financial data covered by the FTC Safeguards Rule and SEC and FINRA expectations, that is a line you cannot cross.

Shadow AI is already here

If staff don't have a safe tool, some will quietly use an unsafe one. The risk isn't hypothetical, it's already in the building.

Why Airgapped

We build the version of AI that was made for regulated work.

Airgapped is local-first by design. The intelligence is a locally hosted, open-weight language model, a private, self-hosted alternative to cloud AI, running on infrastructure you control, on your own hardware or in an isolated, single-tenant cloud environment we provision for you on independently audited HIPAA/HITECH and SOC 2 infrastructure, so your data stays private by architecture rather than by promise. We work exclusively with practices and firms in fields where the data is sensitive, and we build for that from the first decision.

How it works

Three steps, and you stay in control of all of them.

01

Start with a Clarity Session

We sit down and map your actual workflows: what eats your team's time, what touches client data, and what is genuinely safe to automate. You leave with a plan whether or not you build with us.

02

We build your private stack

We set up your AI on hardware you own, or in an isolated, single-tenant cloud environment we provision and manage for you on independently audited HIPAA/HITECH and SOC 2 infrastructure. It is configured for your practice, organized around your records, and built so nothing leaves your control.

03

It runs, and we stay with you

Your team uses it day to day. We handle support, monitoring, and new builds as your needs grow. The data stays inside your walls the entire time.

What it does, privately

Real help with the work that slows your practice down.

Every one of these runs locally, on your stack, with nothing sent outside.

Meeting prep & client comms

Draft agendas, follow-ups, and letters from your own notes and templates, in your voice.

Document & workpaper summaries

Turn long statements, agreements, and files into the parts that actually matter.

Records & knowledge search

Ask plain questions across your own documents, policies, and precedents.

Onboarding & paperwork prep

Draft and organize the repetitive paperwork around intake, transfers, and filings.

The cost of the easy path

Convenience is not worth a breach.

Built private by architecture

How your data is protected, stated plainly.

Local-first

The AI runs on infrastructure you control. Your data does not depend on an outside provider's servers to function.

Never sent to public AI

Your information is never sent to shared, public-cloud AI services.

Never used for training

Your data is never used to train any model, ours or anyone else's.

Isolated to you

Your stack runs in its own isolated environment, never co-mingled with anyone else's.

Independently audited infrastructure

When we host your stack, it runs on infrastructure independently audited for HIPAA/HITECH and SOC 2 Type 2.

We walk through exactly how an engagement fits the data-safeguard obligations advisory and accounting practices carry, from the FTC Safeguards Rule to SEC and FINRA expectations, during your Clarity Session, where we can speak to your specific setup. We don't wave badges. We show you the real architecture and document exactly where your data lives.

Advisor questions

The things practices ask first.

Does client data ever leave my office?

The whole point of a local-first build is that it doesn't. Your stack runs on hardware you control or an isolated, single-tenant cloud environment we provision for you on independently audited HIPAA/HITECH and SOC 2 infrastructure, and your information is never sent to public AI services. We map exactly where your data lives during the Clarity Session.

Do I need special hardware?

Sometimes, sometimes not. If you own the stack, there's a hardware piece sized to what you actually need, often a Mac Mini class machine running a local, open-weight language model through Ollama. If we host it for you, the hardware is handled on our side. We confirm the right path for you on the call.

What can it actually do for an advisory or CPA practice?

Meeting prep and client communications drafted from your own notes and templates, document and workpaper summarization, plain-question search across your own records and policies, and onboarding and paperwork prep. All of it on your own stack.

Does this make my practice compliant with the FTC Safeguards Rule?

No single tool makes a practice compliant, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling a badge. What a local-first build does is architectural: client data stays on infrastructure you control, is never disclosed to third-party AI services, and the exact data routing is documented in writing so you and your compliance resource can evaluate it directly.

How do we start?

With a Clarity Session. It's a focused working session where we map your workflows and what's safe to automate. You leave with a clear plan, with no obligation to build.

Your AI. Your data. Your control.

See what your practice could hand off, safely.
